By ordering through www.weareluminance.au you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions.   Please take a moment to read and understand before you make any purchase.

All pricing is displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Postage and handling charges are calculated at time of checkout through the online shopping cart.

Postage and Delivery

​

We Are Luminance are based in Melbourne, Australia.  Every effort will be made to ensure your purchase will be sent within two weeks.  Postage charges are additional to the cost of the product(s).  These will be calculated through the online checkout facilities on confirmation of the order.

We Are Luminance reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made). International orders may incur local customs and duty charges. As the purchaser, you will be responsible for these charges if applicable.

Secure Payments

We Are Luminance accepts secure online payments via Credit Card only for now.  Using this payment method helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. We Are Luminance does not store your credit card details.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We want you, the customer, to be as thrilled as we are to be selling our artwork to you.  Each artwork is personally checked for quality, as well as packed and posted personally.  Every care is taken during this process.  In the event of a damaged item being delivered, please contact We Are Luminance directly within 5 days of receipt to discuss the fault.  Email photographs if possible.  The product will be replaced at our discretion and we will reimburse return postage costs. A credit or refund will be issued after you return the product to us.  “Change of Mind” will not be accepted as reason for return.

The content must not be reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded to a third party, transmitted, posted or distributed in any way without the expressed authorisation of the artist.

Often we store this information for verification purposes as well as future promotional use. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your information is secure at all times.
